Shingle Springs Tribal Gaming Authority Commences Tender Offer and Consent Solicitation for 9.375% Senior Notes
PLACERVILLE, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 8, 2013) - Shingle Springs Tribal Gaming Authority (the "Authority") announced today that it commenced a cash tender offer (the "Tender Offer") for any and all of the Authority's outstanding senior notes due 2015 (CUSIP No. 82459AAA9 and ISIN USU8211EAA20) (the "Notes") and a solicitation of consents to certain proposed amendments to the indenture governing the Notes (the "Consent Solicitation"). The Tender Offer and Consent Solicitation are being made pursuant to an offer to purchase and consent solicitation statement, dated August 8, 2013, together with the related letter of transmittal and consent (collectively, the "Offer to Purchase"), which more fully sets out the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer and Consent Solicitation.
