VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb. 4, 2015) - SolidusGold Inc. ("Solidus" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SDC) announces it intends to raise up to $155,000 through a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of up to 1,033,338 common shares ("Shares") at a price of $0.15 per share.
