Mane Fils SA, prevailed after a 5-week jury trial in federal court in New Jersey. Mane and its lead fine fragrance perfumer, James Krivda, were accused by competitor Givaudan Fragrances Corporation of conspiring to misappropriate over 600 trade secret fragrance formulas. Mr. Krivda was a highly successful and respected perfumer at Givaudan who left the company to join Mane in May 2008.
