ST. LOUIS, MO--(Marketwired - July 11, 2016) - Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) today announced it has priced an underwritten registered public offering of $150 million perpetual 6.25% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A, and the pricing of $200 million principal amount of the Company's 4.25% Senior Notes due 2024.
