Stratos Genomics Receives Grant From the National Human Genome Research Institute for Further Development of Sequencing by Expansion(TM) Technology

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - Aug 23, 2011) - Stratos Genomics Inc. today announced receipt of grant funds from the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) in the amount of $829,000 over two years. The NHGRI, part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), awarded $14 million to nine qualifying research organizations on Monday, August 22, 2011, to support the development of revolutionary DNA sequencing technologies.
