SUN VALLEY, IDAHO--(Marketwired - Dec. 11, 2015) - Sun Valley Gold LLC ("Sun Valley") announced today that it has acquired control and direction over an aggregate of 1,568,739 common shares ("Common Shares") of Bear Creek Mining Corporation ("Bear Creek") on behalf of client accounts over which it has discretionary trading authority. The Common Shares were acquired on the open market on December 10, 2015 for a purchase price of $0.58 per share. Following completion of the acquisition described above, Sun Valley exercises control and direction over an aggregate of 9,933,088 Common Shares for and on behalf of client accounts, representing approximately 10.73% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
