Anderson announced that, through a holding company, she has entered into an agreement pursuant to which, subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions, she will acquire beneficial ownership of 538,995 common shares ("Common Shares") of DirectCash Payments Inc. ("DirectCash"), subject to adjustment as described below, representing approximately 2.9% of the total Common Shares that will be outstanding after giving effect to the transaction.
