CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - July 6, 2010) - Terra Nova Financial Group, Inc. (OTCBB: TNFG), announced with great sadness the passing of director and friend Gayle Tinsley on Friday, June 25, 2010. Mr. Tinsley was a valued member of the Company's Board of Directors and had served the Company with dedication, honor and distinction since 1998. In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Tinsley served as the Company's Chief Operations Officer from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Tinsley was a respected and admired member of the Terra Nova family. He is remembered for his talents, passion, creativity and skills. He will be greatly missed and in his honor, the Company has made a memorial to the PowerPoint Ministry of the Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas.
