(NYSE Amex: TF), a closed-end management investment company which seeks long-term capital appreciation through investment primarily in Thai equity securities, announced that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Fund will be held at the offices of Daiwa Capital Markets America Holdings, Inc., Financial Square, 32 Old Slip, 14th Floor, New York, New York 10005-3538, on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at 11:00 A.M., New York time. The Fund's Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on March 17, 2011 as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting or any adjournments of the meeting.
