(OTCBB: WCBH) resigned as CEO of the Bank and Holding Company, effective June 22nd 2010. Mr. Raggio was a founding member of the company, which opened in 2006. His leadership as CEO helped the bank to grow to its present size with over one hundred million dollars in total assets. The Board of Directors has begun the search process to find a replacement.
