LUXEMBOURG, LUXEMBOURG--(Marketwired - April 29, 2013) - Zebra Holdings & Investments S.à.r.l. ("Zebra"), a company controlled by a trust settled by the late Adolf H. Lundin, announced today that it had acquired ownership of 5,448,333 common shares of North Arrow Minerals Inc on April 29th, 2013 through a Private Placement. As a result of this acquisition, Zebra now owns 5,448,333 common shares representing approximately 19.86% of the issued and outstanding capital of North Arrow Minerals Inc.
